Greyfriars Hideaway is made up of two historic 17th-century self-catering properties in central Oxford: Cloisters and The Masters Lodgings. Both properties are set around a private courtyard garden and are arranged over multiple floors.
As these are historic buildings dating back over 500 years, guests should please note that there are steps, staircases, changing floor levels and no lift access. There are also internal fire doors throughout the properties for safety and compliance reasons, and some of these doors may feel heavy to open or close.
The properties may not be suitable for guests requiring step-free access, wheelchair access, level access throughout, or regular physical assistance during their stay. Greyfriars Hideaway is private self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, with contactless arrival and departure and no on-site reception, concierge desk or permanent staff presence.
